Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction

The primary focus of this policy is directed towards our candidates who are either currently registered for or have already undergone an examination with ExamaCert. It outlines the relevant guidelines and procedures to adhere to when requesting Exam Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds.


Cancellation/ Rescheduling by the candidate 

ExamaCert acknowledges the rights of candidates to cancel or reschedule their initial appointment. It is important to emphasize that registration and booking for an ExamaCert examination are completed only upon successful payment (via credit card). Please be aware that a fee might be applicable for cancellations and refunds. The fee amount varies depending on the time remaining before the scheduled exam, and the specific terms are outlined in the table below:

• Whenever possible, we are committed to assisting the candidate with rescheduling their test.
• If a cancellation necessitates a cancellation fee, the said fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For exam rescheduling, an additional cost will be applied.
• In situations of emergency, such as illness, injury, close family bereavement, being a victim of a relevant crime or accident, or committing military service, ExamaCert may, under exceptional circumstances, waive the cancellation fee. However, for such exceptions to be considered, official documentation in English (e.g., from a qualified doctor, lawyer, public authority, etc.) must be provided.

How to cancel/reschedule a test?

To initiate the cancellation process for the exam, kindly direct your request to our Customer Service team at refund@examacert.com or contact us through the phone numbers listed on www.Examacert.com.

For those seeking a refund, you must fill out a "Request for Refund" form, which can be accessed publicly on our website. Once you have completed the form, please email it with any necessary documentation supporting your refund request to refund@examacert.com. Within seven calendar days of receiving your request, we will provide you with a decision regarding the refund.

If you wish to reschedule the test, you can conveniently do so through your Candidate profile.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling by ExamaCert

We make every effort to minimize the need for test cancellations or rescheduling. However, should unforeseen circumstances arise and tests need to be cancelled, affected candidates will be promptly notified through the contact details they provided during registration. In such cases, candidates will be presented with the following two options:

  1. Rebook the test within the next 14 calendar days at no additional cost.
  2. Opt for a full refund if they choose not to reschedule the test.

Refunds will be processed within seven calendar days from the cancellation date using the same payment method used for the initial payment. Suppose the cancellation of the test by ExamaCert resulted in the candidate incurring specific, unavoidable, and non-refundable out-of-pocket expenses. In that case, we are committed to refunding those expenses upon providing sufficient evidence, such as receipts for travel fares.

However, it's important to note that if a candidate's behaviour is deemed to compromise the integrity of their test, the tests of others, or the overall integrity of ExamaCert, we reserve the right to cancel the trial without offering a free rebooking or a full refund in such circumstances.


What if I am not happy with the decision? 

Our utmost priority is to address all refund requests in a manner that satisfies the candidate. Nevertheless, if you disagree with the resolution provided, you can file a formal complaint following our designated Complaints Policy. To submit a complaint, please direct it to complaints@examacert.com, and our team will duly process it according to the established procedures. We are committed to handling all complaints with due diligence and fairness to ensure a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
